As a domestic national certification body, FIDES GLOBAL DOO strives, through management-system audit and certification, to create distinctive, measurable and added value for its clients.

We do not appear only as auditors, but as partners oriented toward your continual progress, aligning your operations with the needs of all interested parties. Our goal is, through the certification processes we carry out, to provide the highest level of trust to our partners. We deliver all of our services strictly in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17021-1.

Quality policy

Taking national and international standards as a basis, the foundation of our policy is to provide clients, within the legal framework of applicable law, with high-quality and reliable services through professional, impartial and educated staff who continually improve and develop, follow current developments in the services we provide, constantly improve our own operations and inform clients about them.

Our aim is to operate in accordance with SRPS ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards for certifying management systems and with management system standards.

Board members who perform their duties on behalf of employees or on behalf of our company do so independently and impartially, and the result is satisfied clients.

03Organization

Management commitment

Fides Global d.o.o., a certification body, was founded as an independent and impartial organization whose decisions and procedures that may affect all certification activities are free from any commercial, financial, administrative or other pressure. The top management of Fides Global comprises the shareholders and the Board of Directors. Fides Global maintains the same distance from all organizations whose activities are political in nature. No person or organization may influence the decisions and work of staff, the Board, auditors or technical experts who take part in certification activities.

Fides Global has no connection with consultancy services regarding the introduction of a management system and its operation, and the offering of this type of service is officially and strictly prohibited. If a client has received expert advice, it is established and analysed in writing from whom the prospective client received the consultancy service.

Activities and services are delivered by competent staff in accordance with legal, national and international rules and standards, and in parallel with client expectations and needs. Fides Global, whose activity includes issuing certificates, extending and renewing certificates, expanding and reducing scope, and suspending and withdrawing certificates, assumes authority and responsibility for certification decisions.

Full management commitment

Top management is impartial in all activities concerning management system certification and provides the necessary training so that every employee understands the importance of impartiality. Fides Global regularly analyses any conflict of interest that could jeopardise the impartiality of its work and enables every employee to understand that analysis. Thanks to this analysis, it remains objective in all of its activities.
